Steven Frane Bailey pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree murder and three counts of criminal vehicular operation for driving drunk into a crowd of patrons at the St. Louis Park restaurant. On Monday he’s expected to be sentenced to 25 to 30 years in prison.
