Summer 2026: MPR in your community
Jul 13, 2026
This summer, MPR is hitting the road to visit communities around Minnesota! We’ll be at county fairs and festivals around our state to celebrate and connect with the people and places that make our state unique.
Come by and say hi, meet our team and learn more about MPR and what we do.
We’re excited to share in all of the summer fun across our state!
Meet the team
Lucy Pramas
Lucy Pramas was born and raised in Saint Paul, where she graduated from Central High School. She earned a bachelor's degree from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, where she majored in Health, Science, Society, and Policy. She is excited to be back home in Minnesota and looks forward to connecting with fellow Minnesotans and learning from the people and communities that make up the rich tapestry of the state. One of her favorite Minnesota events is the Minnesota State Fair, where she enjoys the animal booths, different unique fair foods, and Minnesota spirit!

Max Graf grew up in St. Paul, before moving to Canada where he earned a diploma from the Vancouver Film School. He is excited to be representing MPR because it is a true staple of Minnesota culture, and he grew up listening to MPR News and The Current with his parents. Max is also passionate about MPR’s engagement in community – from the State Fair, Pride, concerts and everything in between. He is thrilled to be a part of the community engagement team and contribute to those efforts.

Morgan Bliss
Morgan grew up and went to school in an agricultural reserve in Maryland, but most recently they received a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. They have lived in Minnesota for nearly six years and love the variety of people and environments across the state and have found everyone very welcoming, and there's something for everyone in Minnesota. Morgan’s favorite community event is the Magic Smelt Parade in Duluth as a whimsical and fun seasonal celebration of the nature we live in.
Sean Belcher
Sean Belcher grew up in Lino Lakes, Minnesota before attending the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. His favorite thing about Minnesota is the variety it has to offer to keep things interesting – from its people, food, music and art. He is excited to join MPR as a community engagement coordinator to go and meet people and communities all over the state of Minnesota as each bring their own unique stories and perspectives to learn about. He is thrilled to show what MPR has to offer to Minnesotans around the state.
