Salon Audio: Formerly MP3Lit, this site offers hundreds of spoken-word recordings by both famous and not-so-famous authors in RealAudio and MP3 formats.

Bold Type: an online literary magazine produced by Random House, which means that it features only Random House authors. However, they've got quite a stable of gifted writers, and the magazine has excellent content, including excerpts, reviews, interviews, and audio readings.
